Hummus with Dunia cooked chickpeas

Recipe preparation

First, drain the chickpeas and set aside.

Next, peel the garlic and cut half to use in the mixture. Add to the mixture the lemon juice, the oil, the tahini and also the cumin. With the help of a blender or processor, beat this mixture with the chickpeas. It is about beating until you have a soft but consistent pate. You can add water if the humidity of the chickpeas and the sesame paste is not enough for the hummus to have the texture that you like the most. Add water to taste.

To present it, the smoked paprika will give it a touch of contrast and color: place the mixture in a bowl and sprinkle a little paprika on top.
Now you have your hummus ready to drink! To go snacking you can accompany this very nutritious pate with toasts or crudités such as carrots, cucumbers or green and red peppers.
