Dunia Food goes to Paris with novelties in canned fish and vegetables

Among the new releases, the canned fine natural peas, roasted red pepper, anchovy-stuffed olives and tuna belly stand out.

Dunia Food, formerly Conservas Hersan, has presented its novelties in canned vegetables and fish at the SIAL fair in Paris. Its new products include canned fine natural peas and roasted red pepper, anchovy-stuffed olives, which are so popular as a healthy snack in international markets, and tuna belly in sunflower oil. 

All the products are in the Horeca format, intended for the hotel industry, restaurants, cafeterias and catering, a sector where the Murcian company continues to position itself strongly due to the fact that its formats are very comfortable and allow multiple culinary applications in a wide variety of recipes, therefore They enjoy a very good acceptance among customers and consumers.

Dunia Food has attended SIAL with its own stand located in pavilion 2, the national pavilion of Spain, thanks to co-financing from the European Regional Development Fund and there it received a visit from the Minister of Business, Employment, Universities and Spokesperson, Valle Miguélez and from Joaquín Gómez Gómez, director of the Development Institute, INFO, both from the Region of Murcia.  

SIAL Paris is the most important world event in the food sector with a complete and representative offer of all the agents of the sector and of all the food and beverages, coming from the whole world and in 19 product sectors and usually receives approximately 150,000 visitors in its five days duration.
